Editorial Policy

EiwayShop articles are built around buyer intent, source-backed product information, practical comparison tables, and clear publishing gates.

Required before publishing

  • Original commentary.
  • Clear buyer intent.
  • Affiliate disclosure near recommendations.
  • Useful comparison table or checklist.
  • Working links and clean URL slug.

Not allowed

  • Unsupported medical claims.
  • Copied retailer descriptions.
  • Fake ratings, prices, tests, or reviews.
  • Fake dermatologist approval or before-after claims.
  • Review schema without real review data.

Source approach

Product cards should be based on brand or retailer information, then rewritten as original EiwayShop decision notes with avoid-if guidance.

Updates

Product pages, prices, availability, packaging, and claims can change. Important guides should be rechecked and dated when updated.

Medical claim policy

EiwayShop may use language such as may help, best for, suitable for, or designed for, but should not claim that beauty products cure acne, hair loss, eczema, aging, or medical conditions.

EiwayShop editorial standard

This page is the method behind the content: what evidence counts, what remains uncertain, and how affiliate relationships are kept secondary.

Source hierarchy

Preferred sources are official brand pages, product labels, retailer pages for current availability only, and EiwayShop's own comparison logic. Competitor articles are not used as rewrite sources.

Recommendation method

A recommendation must identify who the product type fits, who should avoid it, which trade-off matters, what alternative exists, and what the reader must verify before buying.

No fake testing

EiwayShop does not say a product was tested, expert-approved, award-winning, or proven by formal studies unless direct evidence is documented on the page.

Poor fit for publication

A draft is a poor fit for publication when it cannot show who the product helps, who should pause, what remains uncertain, and what the reader should verify before buying.

Affiliate boundary

Affiliate links may support the business, but they must not determine the editorial conclusion. The article must still help if outbound links disappear.

EiwayShop source note: Product and seller details can change, so readers should verify the current source page before buying. This page is decision support, not a claim of personal testing, medical advice, or promised outcomes.
